Welcome to No Normal Therapy
Because no-one is normal.
And that’s perfectly normal.
At No Normal Therapy, we reject the idea that there’s one “right” way to exist. The myth of normal has been used to exclude, shame, and silence. We’re here to dismantle that.
Existence is complex, messy, beautiful, and often uncertain. We don’t pretend to have all the answers, but we believe deeply in the questions. What matters to you? How do you live authentically in a world that often pressures you to conform?
Whether you’re exploring your identity, processing pain, seeking purpose, or simply trying to make sense of it all; your experience is valid, your story is yours.
Let’s sit with the uncertainty together. Let’s make meaning on your terms.

“There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so”
My practice is for adult individuals, two-somes or more-somes. I work with people navigating life outside the margins of what society often calls “normal”, celebrating the full spectrum of human identity. I hold space for complexity, contradiction, and becoming.
Diversity, Identity & the Human Experience
No Normal Gender & Sexuality
I offer an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ folks of all identities and expressions. Whether you're exploring your gender, coming out, deconstructing internalised shame, or simply wanting to exist more fully as yourself, you’re welcome here, without judgment or assumption.
No Normal Relationships
I work with people in all relationship structures; monogamous, polyamorous, curious, opening up, solo polyamory, relationship anarchy as well as those engaged in kink and BDSM communities.
You don't need to educate me or explain your choices. I'm here to support you in cultivating consent, communication, autonomy, and connection.
No Normal Body
As someone living with PCOS and endometriosis, I know what it’s like to be in a body that doesn’t fit society’s narrow expectations of a cisgender woman. I support clients in exploring body image, chronic pain, fatness, disability, and medical trauma, through a lens that resists shame and embraces embodied truth.

What We Can Explore Together
Existential therapy helps us move beyond surface-level “fixes” and into deeper, more meaningful territory. Some of the areas we can work through include:
-
Loss of people, things, or the future you imagined
-
Substance or behavioural compulsions
-
Panic attacks, agrophobia
-
-
Eating, disability, medical trauma, gender exploration

-
Whether you’re navigating a specific struggle or simply trying to make sense of what it means to be alive in a messy world — you don’t have to do it alone. We’ll explore not just what hurts, but also what matters.
